Having already created a pear, a plum and two apple sculptures, Alan Ward has turned his attention to a cherry. The Bradbourne Black cherry to be precise. See below three photographs taken by Chris Wright of Alan working to the new sculpture and one photograph taken by Lucas Introna of the cherry with its stalk in place.
Bradbourne Black was discovered at Bradbourne House, East Malling in Kent in the early part of the twentieth century.
