The ceremony celebrated completion of the work to secure and improve access to the gardens, made possible by a grant from the Lancashire Environmental Fund (LEF)
.
The Storey Gardens are now open Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) 9am to 5pm or dusk if earlier. Admission is free and access is through The Storey building or from the entrance in Castle Hill opposite the castle.
