The Friends of the Storey Gardens was established in 2013. We operated as a small, unregistered charity until 2023 when we became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). Our board of trustees are all locally based and contribute skills and expertise in charity management and governance, cultural leadership, law, finance, education, community engagement and co-production, marketing, press and PR, fundraising, visual arts, built and natural heritage, and horticulture.
