Between 24 and 31 March 2025 there was an exhibition in the Storey Gallery entitled "Storey Makers - An exhibition of creativity". Its purpose was to highlight the creative work of the tenants in the Storey. The Friends of the Gardens were invited to participate.
The Storey generously made the Gallery available without charge. The whole exhibition was ably organised by Iain Sloan of Iron Press Printmaking.
We had a corner position in the Gallery and were able to display two new fruit sculptures created by Alan Ward. These were both plums, Victoria and Blue Tit. In due course they will be installed in The Tasting Garden.
Also available to visitors were copies of the new Storey Gardens leaflet. Click here to view it.
There were over 700 visitors to the exhibition through the week.
